Hola buenas tardes a todos .
Me gustaría explicar el caso mío.
Yo le compré a esta persona unos cascos para mi iPhone y me dijo en todo monento que eran originales. Que me daba 6meses de garantía tal y como me encuentro que en unos días los cascos no me van muy bien le mando un mail y tarda vastante en contestar . Bueno me dice que hacer y funcionan pero no van muy bien y me encuentro otra vez que los cascos se quedan muertos, le mando 3 o 4 mails y no tengo contestación por parte de él .Me voy appel y cuál es la sorpresa que me dicen que los cascos son falsos 😳 y le escrito y no tengo contestación por parte de esta persona . Quiero compartir para que sepan que engañan a la gente y creo que es muy feo que te engañen . Muchas gracias

What a great place. Lots of choice if you need any electrical accessory plus lots of sunglasses and the like. We actually went there for a phone repair. My son dropped his phone while we were holiday and broke the screen so we took it here to be fixed. Great repair job, great price, quick turnaround and a really friendly and helpful guy. Definitely a good place to know about in Costa Teguise

When I arrived, in Costa Teguise, my camera would not operate.
I was recommended to see Daniel. He is so friendly, honest, genuinely professional and helpful quickly had my camera working again. I was really impressed and very grateful.

I bought some wireless stereo dynamic headphones S460. I turned them on and a Blue light came on, so I tried them out on my iphone and the seemed OK. However, when I got them home I turned them on (no blue or any other colour light) so I tried charging them but they wouldn’t charge up. Basically they are broken. The non wireless headphones were 10 euros and the wireless ones I bought were 20 euros which were a present for my very disappointed granddaughter. The guy tried to sell me a tablet which connects to the TV at a cost of 449.00 euros and is meant to save money on SKY….. I was very tempted to buy it but am so glad I only got the headphones. Be very careful not to get caught like I did.
It would be nice to see the owners comments.

My partner bought me a ring here priced at 54 euros, i was happy it was then knocked down to 45euros was told that he valued his British customers always come back etc I actually thought i was getting a deal until i googled the ring and found it available for 19 euros ...... talk about making a profit , this was absolutely overpriced ..... my partner bought lenovo airpods for 45 euros again we found them for under 20 euros , this again was absolutely extortion on every level ...... my daughter bought airpod at the same time charged over 11 euros then we found them on temu and amazon for 3 euros ..... so my whole family has been ripped off by it over 53 euros. We went back to complain and the service was absolutely disgusting, seems like he cant do enough for you when your buying but if you want to return anything because you have been ripped off then he was having none of it , and clearly said theres nothing he could do . Absolutely awful experience here and really upset our day out to the beach with our young children . No apology ! No refund ! No offer to compromise the overcharge price difference. Really not happy at all . Wouldn't buy a thing from this place at all . We were well ripped off !

Brilliant service as my mobile provider (Sky) doesn't work in Lanzarote. Sim bought and set up all done for me, so now I have a working phone, and the owner did all this for me with a broken hand. 1st class service, thank you for helping me.👍

We were on vacation in Lanzarote. Unfortunately, My phone had fallen, so the screen was completely broken. Within 2 days I had my phone back with a new screen.
